Issues

The Power Phone-Ups® training process will continue to work as long as your team is kept accountable through continuous training, role playing and test calling. Much like maintaining a car's engine, those that practice keep their skills well tuned with regular maintenance. Those that don't, run rough and eventually break down.

Audience

Automotive Sales or Service Consultants that have successfully completed the Power Phone-Ups® training program.

The Applied Concepts Solution

The Power Phone-Ups® training program is endorsed by automotive industry leaders as an innovative cost-effective tool to increase floor traffic and sales. Over the last 4 months your sales and/or service consultants have learned and practiced powerful, persuasive, appointment setting skills. As before, training is delivered live during one-on-one sessions taught by our phone coaches over the phone. Using an 800 number your sales and/or service consultants call every other week for their 20-minute, personal training with our private-practice coaches.

The Program Includes

  • Two private practice training sessions per month allowing continual practice and skill perfection.
  • Test calls placed to each enrollee every month.
  • Random test calls placed into the dealership each month.

  • Detailed monthly progress reports on all participating sales and/or service consultants.
  • Verbal management updates every 2 weeks, with additional updates available upon request.
